It’s a steal

Request: Two junior CEO’s in a firm, a man and a woman inherits a substanional amount of money when a CEO without kids pass away. Thing is that the man and the woman loath each other and the CEO knew this, so he arranged that they only could get access to the inheritance if they worked together. The CEO had arranged with a safe that only could be opened with the womans biometric inputs (voice, eyes and such) and the male got a password/code. So the only way to open the safe was to cooperate. However, the male got hold of a body swap Device/remote/spell so he could have lone access to the money, swapped their bodies, realised he liked her body very much and then left the city as a very rich woman.
